Working with a dedicated automations engineering team, you will own the systems that ensure the Legal Team scales with the company: contract management, vendor relationships (including outside counsel billing and guidelines) and the overall legal tech stack. The goal is simple: help define what a legal organization looks like in the AI native era. In this role, you will: * Assist in the design and improvement of the operating model for Legal. Identify work that should be handled by the team and areas where we can continue automating. * Manage our legal technology stack, including contract lifecycle management (Ironclad), matter management, and creating an e-billing systems * Manage relationships with outside counsel and legal service providers, including budget and performance tracking * Work with our automation teams to use Eleven Agents and other tools to change the way work is done across the team * Define metrics and build dashboards that give us a clear view of the team’s priorities, workload and performance * Partner with Finance, IT, FDE and business teams to keep legal processes aligned with how the company operates Who you are: * You are a strategist and an operator.
