I would communicate the risk early with specific evidence, such as limited market supply, low response rates, compensation misalignment, or restrictive requirements. I would explain the expected impact on timing or volume and propose options, such as expanding adjacent profiles, adjusting geography, revising outreach messaging, or prioritizing critical segments. This makes the discussion solution-oriented and enables timely decisions. What role should AI and automation play in sourcing workflows? AI and automation should reduce repetitive work in research, list building, outreach personalization, and data analysis, allowing sourcers to focus on judgment and relationship-building. I would validate outputs carefully for relevance, accuracy, privacy, and bias before using them. The goal is to improve speed and consistency while retaining human oversight for strategic decisions and candidate engagement. Opportunity details ## About this role. ### About the Role As a Strategic Sourcer, you’ll be part of a new global sourcing hub focused on finding the right contributors for complex AI projects that require specialized or hard-to-reach talent across a wide range of domains, from translation and localization to legal, medical, scientific, and technical fields. This is a strategic, hands-on role within Fulfillment. You will partner closely with the Sourcing Lead, Recruitment, and Delivery to turn complex requirements into effective searches, find creative ways to reach the right contributors, and rapidly scale sourcing efforts when projects require high volumes.
