This approach respects technical expertise while ensuring delivery and commercial teams have the clarity needed to execute. Give an example of how you would reduce manual work in a post-sales operations process. For contract expiry management, I would identify the source of contract data, establish validated renewal dates and ownership, and automate alerts at defined intervals for account, delivery, finance, and legal stakeholders. I would use workflow rules to create follow-up tasks and escalation paths for accounts lacking a renewal plan. I would then track overdue actions and measure whether the automation reduced last-minute renewals or service-risk events. How would you handle a customer migration or GPU-type change that introduces delivery risk? I would create a coordinated change plan covering technical feasibility, capacity availability, customer impact, commercial implications, rollback steps, communications, and accountable owners. Risks would be logged early and reviewed in a cross-functional operational forum, with explicit escalation where decisions are blocked. We are hiring a Delivery Operations Manager to build and maintain the operational system that connects sales, delivery, and customer success — and ensures every customer interaction runs smoothly from first deal to production.
