This protects team capacity for higher-leverage opportunities. How do you build alignment among Engineering, Design, Analytics, and business stakeholders? I create a shared problem statement, customer evidence, desired outcome, and decision framework early in the process. I make tradeoffs visible, invite each discipline to challenge assumptions, and document decisions so the team understands both the direction and rationale. Frequent, concise updates maintain alignment as new evidence emerges. How would you use AI judgment in product decision-making? I would assess AI opportunities against a real user problem rather than adopting technology for its own sake. That includes validating output quality, reliability, privacy implications, user trust, operational costs, and measurable incremental value. I would launch with clear guardrails and monitoring, then expand only when the experience demonstrably improves user outcomes.
