Flex Fuels Ambition. ### What You’ll Do * Draft, review, and revise commercial agreements, including NDAs, vendor agreements, customer contracts, and other day-to-day agreements across the business. * Support contract negotiations by preparing drafts and redlines, researching issues, and working with senior members of the Legal team to resolve open points. * Assist with product and regulatory matters, including researching legal requirements, reviewing product materials and disclosures, and helping prepare terms, policies, notices, and other customer-facing materials. * Research federal and state laws and regulations affecting Flex and help turn that research into clear, practical guidance for the Legal & Compliance team and our business partners. * Support regulatory and licensing work, including preparing filings, gathering information, maintaining records, and helping respond to requests from regulators, banks, and other partners. * Assist with disputes, litigation, collections, and recovery matters, including researching claims, organizing records, preparing correspondence, and coordinating with internal teams and outside counsel. * Help maintain Flex’s corporate records and support governance and other general corporate matters. * Work directly with teams across Flex to gather facts, understand business needs, and help the Legal team respond quickly and effectively. * Help build and improve the templates, playbooks, processes, and tools we use to make the Legal function more efficient. * Use AI and other technology as part of your everyday practice, and help us find new ways to automate routine legal work and make the entire team better. ### What Makes You A Great Fit * You’re smart, curious, and eager to learn.
