How do you balance a client’s brand voice with usability and accessibility needs? I treat brand voice as a tool for clarity rather than decoration. I identify the core qualities that distinguish the brand, then apply them within plain-language, inclusive, and task-focused content patterns. For critical interactions such as errors, permissions, or transactions, I prioritize comprehension and accessibility while preserving the brand through tone, vocabulary, and supporting microcopy. What content artifacts would you deliver during an early product engagement? The exact set depends on the engagement, but I commonly deliver a content audit, content principles, user-journey recommendations, a messaging framework, taxonomy, initial content model, and voice-and-tone guidance. For interface work, I also provide annotated flows or prototypes with UX copy and reusable patterns. These artifacts create alignment before teams invest heavily in design and development. How do you facilitate alignment when stakeholders disagree about content decisions? I make the disagreement concrete by connecting each viewpoint to user needs, business objectives, product constraints, and evidence. In a workshop, I use shared artifacts such as journey maps, sample flows, and messaging options to move the conversation from personal preference to decision criteria. I document the decision, rationale, and open questions so the team can proceed with clarity and revisit assumptions when new evidence emerges. Opportunity details ## About this role.
