Regular stakeholder reviews, written decision records, and early partner validation help ensure that commitments are realistic and that the roadmap balances reusable platform investments with urgent commercial needs. How would you improve quality and consistency across a fast-moving engineering team without reducing velocity? I would establish lightweight but enforceable engineering standards for design reviews, testing, observability, code ownership, and production readiness. I would automate repetitive checks in CI/CD, focus reviews on high-risk decisions, and use incident and delivery learnings to improve the system rather than adding unnecessary process. Work locations are categorized into one of three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be commensurate with their experience, qualifications, and Flex’s internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks. Tier 1 (NYC/Bay Area, Los Angeles, Seattle) $240,000—$300,000 USD Tier 2 (Austin, Washington D.C.
