Tell us how you would prioritize competing requests from multiple customer stakeholders during a deployment. I would align requests to the agreed business objectives, user impact, urgency, implementation effort, and dependencies. I would make the tradeoffs visible in a prioritized roadmap and validate it with the accountable customer sponsor and internal team. For urgent requests, I would distinguish between a safe short-term workaround and a durable product or workflow solution. What would you do if an AI agent performed well in testing but poorly after launch? I would quickly assess the impact, identify whether a rollback or guardrail is needed, and communicate the incident and response plan to stakeholders. Then I would compare live conversations with the test set to identify gaps in data coverage, context, integrations, prompts, or user behavior. About the Role: As an Associate Forward-Deployed Product Manager on the AI Agents team, you will create, deploy, and optimize AI Agents that transform our customers’ businesses and delight their customers. This customer-facing role blends product thinking, prompt engineering, data-driven insights, and project leadership with Strategic & Fortune 500 companies. In this role, you’ll collaborate with senior Forward-deployed Product Managers and Forward-deployed Engineers (FDEs) to support the build of AI Agent products.
