I document rationale, accessibility requirements, interaction states, and usage guidance, then work with designers and engineers to validate that additions are reusable without delaying critical delivery. How do you present and defend design decisions to senior stakeholders with differing opinions? I connect decisions to user evidence, business outcomes, technical constraints, and the product strategy rather than personal preference. I communicate the trade-offs clearly, use prototypes to make the discussion concrete, invite targeted feedback, and identify decisions that need alignment versus those that can be tested. About You * 6+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms. * Hands-on experience designing AI-powered features such as natural language interfaces, agents, and predictive insights for real users solving real problems. * Exceptional visual and interaction design skills with a sharp eye for typography, spacing, color, layout, and motion. * A systems thinker who naturally spots patterns, builds for reuse, and considers how design decisions scale across a product. * Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design intent, navigate ambiguous product spaces, and influence cross-functional peers. * An expert level of English, both spoken and written, is required, as the individual will need to work across multiple teams and present work to executive stakeholders.
