Partner with the procurement team and stakeholder teams across Zapier to draft, review, and negotiate inbound SaaS, service, and consultant/contractor agreements of all types. * Own day-to-day legal support for mid-market sales deals, including order forms, DPAs, and MSA redlines. Collaborate with Zapier’s commercial counsel on providing effective and efficient legal support to close sales deals. * Serve as the day-to-day point person for extending the legal team’s existing automations, including NDA and vendor contract review workflows, legal ticketing workflows, and Zip and Ironclad intake.
