I explain the methodology and uncertainty in accessible terms, offer practical options, and work collaboratively to identify what additional evidence would change the decision if stakeholders remain unconvinced. How do you balance analytical rigour with the need to move quickly in a fast-growing organisation? I tailor the level of rigour to the risk and reversibility of the decision. For low-risk or reversible choices, I favor lightweight analysis and rapid learning; for high-impact or irreversible decisions, I invest in robust measurement, experimentation, and peer review while making timelines and trade-offs explicit.
