The Implementation Consultant I is a key member of the Implementation team, contributing to the successful delivery of complex, large‑scale enterprise deployments of the PerfectServe platform. In this role, the consultant works within diverse health systems—including multi‑hospital networks and enterprise physician groups—to support full‑cycle implementation activities. Key Responsibilities: Enterprise Deployment & Project Leadership * Lead assigned workstreams within large-scale enterprise implementations, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule and aligned with project goals. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution across complex environments. * Support planning and execution of enterprise go-live events, serving as a primary point of contact for designated functional areas.
