I then account for current collector demand and explain the valuation with clear evidence. Describe how you would handle a seller whose submission does not meet Catawiki's auction standards. I would provide a respectful, specific explanation of the decision, referencing condition, authenticity, completeness, or marketability criteria. Where possible, I would suggest practical improvements or additional information that could make a future submission suitable. What makes a weekly model-train auction selection compelling to collectors? A strong selection combines quality, variety, credible descriptions, clear images, and sensible estimates. I would balance well-known brands and accessible lots with rarer or themed pieces that create excitement and encourage repeat bidding. How would you work with Sales and Marketing to grow the category? I would share insights on high-demand segments, trusted sellers, seasonal trends, and gaps in current supply. I would also help identify standout lots and collector stories that can be promoted to attract qualified sellers and engaged bidders. How do you maintain consistency when evaluating many different submissions remotely? I use a structured review framework covering identity, condition, completeness, imagery, description quality, provenance, and comparable values. I document decisions consistently and flag uncertain cases for additional evidence or expert consultation. Opportunity details ## About this role. At Catawiki, every day brings the extraordinary!
