I would build reusable templates, reference implementations, SDKs, documentation, and automated guardrails that product teams can use independently. Early partner teams would validate the platform and generate practical success stories, while a champion network would spread patterns across engineering. Adoption would be measured by meaningful outcomes such as reduced lead time, improved quality, and lower operational burden rather than raw tool usage. How do you evaluate whether an AI-powered product feature is ready for production? I would define task-specific quality criteria, safety boundaries, latency and availability objectives, and acceptable unit economics before launch. Evaluation would combine offline test suites, adversarial testing, human review where appropriate, and staged online experiments with monitoring and rollback mechanisms. Production readiness requires clear ownership, observability, incident processes, and ongoing evaluation as models, data, and user behavior change. You will be a critical leader in our continued evolution for our agentic product development lifecycle (PDLC), turning early momentum into shared platforms, paved roads, and measurable results. Looking forward, you’ll shape how the platform supports AI inference and AI-powered features within our product. You will report to the Chief Information Security Officer with close partnership across our entire leadership team. The US-based salary range for this position is $216,500 to $318,500 USD. We take into consideration an individual’s background, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay may also vary based on geographic location, with US work locations falling into one of three geographic tiers.
