I validate the design through game days and regular recovery exercises rather than assuming the documented process will work. How do you help application engineering teams adopt reliability standards without slowing delivery? I provide paved-road tooling, templates, automated checks, and self-service observability so reliable practices are easier than ad hoc alternatives. I collaborate early in design reviews to explain tradeoffs and establish pragmatic service objectives.
