I set clear outcomes and operating metrics while giving team members autonomy over tactics suited to their markets. I provide coaching through funnel reviews, channel experimentation, and quality feedback, and I create playbooks so successful approaches can be reused. I also make communication norms explicit across time zones to maintain visibility and accountability. How would you introduce AI and automation into sourcing workflows responsibly? I would begin with repeatable, low-risk tasks such as research support, data cleanup, outreach drafting, and reporting automation. I would validate outputs, protect candidate data, and retain human review for decisions that affect candidate evaluation or fairness. I would measure time saved and quality outcomes before scaling any workflow across the team. Opportunity details ## About this role. ### About the Role As a Strategic Sourcing Lead, you’ll lead a new global sourcing hub focused on finding the right contributors for complex AI projects that require specialized or hard-to-reach talent across a wide range of domains, from translation and localization to legal, medical, scientific, and technical fields. This is a strategic, hands-on role within Fulfillment. You’ll define how the hub operates, develop the team, and partner with Recruitment and Delivery to build sourcing strategies ranging from complex searches to high-volume scaling.
