What is your approach when a prospect uses a competing IAM or identity-security platform? I would acknowledge the existing investment and understand what is working, what remains unresolved, and which outcomes the prospect needs to improve. I would position differentiated capabilities against the customer’s stated requirements rather than making generic competitive claims, using a focused demonstration or proof of value to validate the fit. How would you partner with an account executive during a complex enterprise opportunity? I would align early on account strategy, stakeholder roles, qualification criteria, technical risks, and mutual action plan milestones. I would own technical discovery and validation while helping the account executive connect technical outcomes to the customer’s business case, proposal, and close plan. You’ll collaborate with sales to identify effective strategies and new product opportunities. You’ll be responsible for the technical aspects of security and identity products offered to our customers. You’ll be integral in shaping future product development by listening for customer challenges and evolving market needs. * Conduct effective and compelling product demonstrations online and in-person.
