This role is critical in ensuring compliance with both direct and indirect tax regulations, supporting the business in structuring deals, and mitigating tax risks while enabling growth. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee tax compliance for direct and indirect taxes, including Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Value Added Tax (VAT), and Withholding Tax (WHT) across EMEA. * Act as a trusted business partner to the Sales team, ensuring compliant and efficient deal structures in Europe and the Rest of the World. * Identify potential areas of non-compliance and implement measures to mitigate tax risk exposure. * Manage transfer pricing policies and documentation, ensuring compliance with local and international requirements. * Ensure intercompany pricing aligns with the tax model, updating markups and methodologies as needed. * Represent the company in tax audits and discussions with tax authorities. * Serve as the primary point of contact for all tax-related matters within the organization.
