I would triage demand using business impact, delivery deadline, sourcing difficulty, and available capacity. High-volume work should rely on scalable channels, automation, and standardized workflows, while complex searches need dedicated research and tailored engagement. Transparent prioritization and capacity forecasting help stakeholders understand tradeoffs before delivery risks arise. What is an example of using automation or AI responsibly in sourcing? I would use automation to accelerate repetitive work such as market mapping, candidate segmentation, outreach drafting, data cleanup, and reporting, while maintaining human review for quality, fairness, and sensitive decisions. I would test outputs against defined success metrics and monitor for bias or inaccurate targeting. The goal is to make sourcers more effective, not to remove accountability from the process. This is a strategic, hands-on role within Fulfillment. You’ll define how the hub operates, develop the team, and partner with Recruitment and Delivery to build sourcing strategies ranging from complex searches to high-volume scaling.
