I evaluate performance using both quantitative results and qualitative feedback from attendees and internal teams. How would you create an effective event experience for physicians and senior healthcare leaders? I would design around their limited time, professional priorities, and need for relevant, credible discussion. That means concise communications, a polished agenda, strong speaker preparation, practical travel support, and opportunities for meaningful peer exchange and product feedback. I would also gather input before and after the event to continually improve the experience. Tell us about your approach to managing an event vendor relationship. I establish a clear scope of work, budget, service levels, timeline, escalation path, and success criteria at the outset. You will: * Support Own and plan our twice-yearly Medical Advisory Summits, bringing physicians and Doximity leaders together for thoughtful discussions about clinical needs, product feedback, and the future of care. Lead planning, invitations, programming coordination, travel, vendors, and on-site execution. * Manage Doximity’s presence at medical trade shows, including booth experiences, sponsorships, staffing, logistics, and lead capture. * Plan corporate events, physician gatherings, and conference-adjacent experiences that build relationships and showcase Doximity’s products. * Produce virtual events and activations, including webinars, product demonstrations, and interactive sessions for clinicians. * Manage event calendars, budgets, vendors, and timelines; set goals for each event and measure attendance, engagement, and outcomes to improve future programs. Location: This role is Remote in the United States.
