How would you handle an affiliate dispute over attributed conversions? I would review the agreed attribution rules, platform logs, postback data, timestamps, and any relevant campaign parameters. I would communicate transparently, document the decision, correct a verified technical issue promptly, and use the outcome to improve tracking documentation or partner processes. What approach would you take to recruiting new affiliates for EverAI? I would define priority partner profiles based on audience relevance, allowed acquisition channels, geography, and expected economics. I would combine competitor and network research with direct outreach, present a clear value proposition and test offer, then scale partners that demonstrate compliant, profitable, high-quality traffic.
