I use experiment tracking to record metrics, assumptions, and artifacts, and I place validated models in a registry with clear promotion criteria. Automated tests and code review help ensure that pipeline changes are reliable and understandable to the broader team. How would you explain a complex ML model decision to a non-technical stakeholder? I would frame the explanation around the customer or business objective, describe the model's output and limitations in plain language, and use concrete examples. I would communicate the relevant confidence, quality metrics, and safeguards without unnecessary implementation detail. Desired: * Hands-on experience with conversational AI, or LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering in a production context * Exposure to agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI * Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps tooling related to maintaining models in production such as testing, versioning, model registry, retraining, and monitoring.
