Then I would facilitate a decision using transparent trade-offs, identify a reversible experiment or phased delivery path when possible, and document the rationale so all teams understand the commitment. How have you improved frontend quality and performance across multiple teams? I would establish shared standards through reusable components, automated testing, performance budgets, accessibility checks, and lightweight architecture reviews. The approach should pair guardrails in CI and tooling with coaching and clear ownership, so quality improves consistently without relying on manual enforcement alone.
