For subscriptions, I would examine cohorts, churn, renewal behavior, and lifetime value; for advertising, I would assess inventory, fill rate, pricing, and demand trends. I would use these drivers to create scenario-based forecasts and identify the highest-value operating levers. What makes financial reporting useful to executive leadership and the Board? Effective reporting is concise, decision-oriented, and tied to the company’s strategic objectives. I focus on the most consequential performance drivers, explain material variances, surface risks and opportunities, and make the requested decisions explicit. Detailed support should be available, but the core narrative must be clear and forward-looking. How do you improve a forecasting process without sacrificing accuracy or stakeholder adoption? I first map the existing process to identify manual work, inconsistent definitions, and sources of forecast error. I then standardize inputs, automate repeatable reporting, establish clear driver ownership, and test changes through parallel forecasting cycles. Adoption improves when stakeholders see that the process is simpler, more transparent, and produces insights they can use. We take into consideration an individual’s background, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay may also vary based on geographic location, with US work locations falling into one of three geographic tiers. Total compensation is inclusive of equity compensation in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits. ### What You’ll Do * Lead the annual planning and long-range planning processes for the Life360 global subscription services and advertising businesses. * Interface with leaders to develop monthly forecasts, understand variances, identify risks and opportunities to the forecast, and ensure spending in accordance with budgets. * Build and develop deep business partner relationships to drive successful outcomes and alignment with strategic objectives. * Support leadership and business partners with strategic financial modeling and assessments, and frameworks to improve decision-making.
