How do you explain equity taxation and vesting to employees without providing inappropriate tax advice? I explain the program mechanics, transaction timing, withholding process, and available company resources in plain language. I make clear that individual tax outcomes vary and direct employees to qualified personal tax advisers for advice specific to their circumstances. What process improvements would you prioritize in a growing global equity program? I would prioritize standardized lifecycle procedures, automated reconciliations, clear ownership across Equity and Payroll, documented controls, and employee self-service communications. In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day administration of our global equity programs, including restricted stock units (RSUs), our Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), and other equity awards. You’ll manage key activities across the equity lifecycle while ensuring transactions are accurate, timely, and compliant. You’ll partner closely with Payroll, Finance, Legal, People, and our equity platform provider. This is a hands-on role for someone who brings strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a knack for making complex equity topics easy to understand. As a Senior Equity Administration Analyst, you will: * Manage day-to-day administration of our global equity programs, including grants, vesting, RSU releases, ESPP purchases, employee changes, and terminations. * Coordinate RSU releases, tax withholding, and reporting with Payroll and our equity platform provider across multiple countries. * Administer our ESPP, including enrollment, contributions, purchase cycles, reconciliations, and employee communications. * Maintain accurate equity records, perform reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies across equity, payroll, HR, and financial systems. * Support month-end and quarter-end close, financial reporting, audits, SOX controls, and other compliance requirements. * Partner with Payroll, Legal, People, Finance, and external advisors on global equity, tax, reporting, and regulatory matters. * Serve as a trusted resource for employees, clearly explaining equity programs, transactions, taxes, and key deadlines. * Improve and scale equity processes through automation, stronger controls, documentation, and streamlined workflows. You’ll be a great addition to the team if you: * Hold a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation or are actively working toward certification. * Take ownership, work independently, and reliably manage multiple time-sensitive deadlines. * Have strong attention to detail and enjoy investigating discrepancies and solving problems. * Bring a strong controls mindset and understand the importance of accuracy, documentation, and data integrity. * Can translate complex equity concepts into clear, practical explanations for employees. * Look for opportunities to simplify and automate processes rather than simply maintaining the status quo. * Care about delivering a great employee experience while maintaining appropriate controls, compliance, and confidentiality.
