Key risks include prompt injection, jailbreak attempts, data leakage through prompts or model integrations, abusive automation, content-filter bypass, insecure plugin or tool invocation, and vulnerabilities disclosed by model providers. I would maintain threat intelligence, test controls adversarially, define monitoring signals, and partner with product and engineering to build layered mitigations. How would you build security awareness in a fully remote company? I would make guidance practical, short, and relevant to employees’ daily workflows, using regular threat updates, phishing simulations, and targeted training. I would also create simple reporting paths, publish lessons from incidents without blame, and measure participation and repeat-risk patterns to improve the program. You’ll work hands-on across application security, risk & compliance, and security awareness (plus keeping an eye on AI-specific threats as our product line evolves). Given the nature of our product (AI-generated content, including NSFW) you’ll play a key role in keeping both our systems and our users safe, with real ownership from day one.
