I would assess local tax and clearance requirements, invoice formats, mandated networks, digital-signature rules, archival obligations, language needs, ERP data availability, and rollout sequencing. I would also define testing, exception management, and responsibility models to ensure each country deployment is operationally sustainable. How would you collaborate with a product team on a new ERP connector? I would consolidate recurring customer requirements into clear use cases, interface expectations, mapping needs, and acceptance criteria. I would help validate technical feasibility, prioritize the connector's highest-value capabilities, support customer testing, and feed implementation learnings back into the product roadmap.
