I would narrow the scope to a measurable priority use case, establish regular checkpoints, and make sure technical findings are tied to the buyer's decision process and implementation plan. How would you handle a security questionnaire containing questions you cannot answer immediately? I would acknowledge the question, avoid making unsupported commitments, and classify it by urgency and subject-matter owner. I would coordinate with security, legal, and product teams for an accurate response, track open items transparently, and provide the prospect with a clear timeline and context for each answer. You’ll partner with our Account Managers and Account Executives to run discovery with customer service leaders, uncover what’s really holding their operations back, and show them, with working demos built in Ada, what an AI agent can do for their customers across chat, email and voice. This is a hands-on role.
