I would segment results by partner and distribution channel to identify bottlenecks. Regular reporting would translate findings into concrete actions for product, marketing, and partnership teams. How would you coordinate a partnership from term sheet to a live product launch? I would create a shared delivery plan with owners, milestones, dependencies, and risk items across product, legal, compliance, listings, marketing, and the partner. I would run structured check-ins, document decisions, and escalate blockers early, particularly around regulatory approvals and technical integration. Clear success criteria and launch-readiness reviews would ensure all teams are aligned before going live. What regulatory considerations are important when assessing a real-world asset or tokenized-equity opportunity? I would assess the asset classification, investor eligibility, licensing requirements, jurisdictional restrictions, custody and settlement model, disclosure obligations, sanctions and KYC/AML controls, and secondary-market limitations. I would involve legal and compliance early rather than treating regulation as a final approval step. This approach helps shape commercially viable opportunities that can be launched responsibly. Give an example of how you would use AI or automation to improve partner onboarding. I would map the existing onboarding workflow to identify repetitive tasks such as collecting documents, validating completeness, updating CRM records, and preparing internal summaries. Automation could route requests, flag missing information, generate standardized partner briefs, and provide status dashboards while preserving human review for risk and compliance decisions.
