Terraform is well suited to declarative provisioning of repeatable infrastructure such as networks, compute, and Kubernetes clusters. Ansible is effective for configuration management and operational tasks after provisioning. I use both with version control, peer review, reusable modules, and automated validation to create reliable customer environments. How would you handle a customer request for a feature that does not currently exist in the platform? I would clarify the underlying business and technical need, identify any viable workaround, and document the use case, impact, urgency, and acceptance criteria. I would communicate transparently with the customer while partnering with product and engineering teams to assess feasibility, prioritize the request, and keep stakeholders informed of the outcome. How do you explain a complex GPU or ML infrastructure issue to a non-technical stakeholder? I focus first on the business impact, such as delayed model releases, higher cost, or reduced service reliability. I use plain language and simple visuals where helpful, explain the recommended action and expected outcome, and reserve implementation detail for technical participants while ensuring everyone understands decisions, risks, and timelines. In this role, you will be a trusted technical advisor, helping clients design, deploy, and scale AI solutions while managing large-scale GPU workloads involving hundreds to thousands of GPUs.
