I create growth plans that combine mentoring, increasingly complex engagements, skill development, and opportunities to lead reusable delivery improvements. How would you partner with Sales and Customer Success without compromising delivery quality? I would define shared qualification and handoff standards so scope, customer outcomes, technical assumptions, and risks are clear before an engagement begins. During delivery, I would share customer health and expansion signals while ensuring services recommendations remain outcome-focused and are supported by realistic capacity and implementation plans. What metrics would you use to assess the health of a Professional Services organization? I would monitor utilization, bookings-to-capacity coverage, time to onboarding, on-time milestone completion, project margin, customer satisfaction, adoption outcomes, escalation volume, and employee retention. Chainguard is looking for a Senior Manager of Professional Services – EMEA to lead delivery for a portion of our Enterprise segment. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end customer journey across implementations, consulting engagements, and advisory services — ensuring customers successfully adopt Chainguard solutions and achieve measurable outcomes. You’ll lead and develop a team of Solutions Architects while driving delivery that is predictable, scalable, and consistently high quality.
