I would track adoption, percentage of invoices captured automatically, extraction accuracy, match rate, exception rate, time to approval, manual-touch reduction, and user satisfaction. I would also monitor financial-control indicators such as duplicate-invoice prevention, false-positive rates, and the proportion of AI decisions requiring human override. Reporting to the Director of Product, this role spans the full product lifecycle, from discovery through launch and ongoing health of live features. You’ll translate complex AP/procurement workflows (requisition-to-approval, three-way match, invoice capture, payment execution) into intuitive software built natively on Oracle NetSuite.
