I would communicate the revised outlook early, clearly distinguish facts from assumptions, and quantify the drivers of the change. I would explain the expected impact on key metrics, identify the risks and confidence level, and present practical mitigation actions with accountable owners. This approach keeps the conversation focused on decisions and recovery plans rather than surprises. What is your approach to supporting an M&A evaluation from an FP&A perspective? I would build an integrated model covering the target’s revenue quality, customer concentration, retention, unit economics, operating costs, synergy opportunities, and downside scenarios. I would partner with accounting, legal, and operating leaders on diligence assumptions and ensure that valuation conclusions are grounded in validated data. About the role: Socure is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Manager to support top-line performance, strategic planning, and executive decision-making in a high-growth SaaS environment. This position reports to the VP of FP&A and works closely with go-to-market leaders and cross-functional stakeholders across the company. You will own top-line budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities. You will play a crucial role in providing accurate and insightful analyses, supporting strategic decision-making processes, and optimizing financial performance. We are looking for an individual that thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about financial modeling, building a business, and driving continuous improvement. What you’ll do * Financial Modeling: build, improve, and maintain complex financial models used to forecast and report key top-line metrics including revenue, annual recurring revenue (ARR), backlog, net dollar retention, lifetime value (LTV), and customer acquisition costs (CAC). Responsible for the models’ core assumptions, quality, accuracy, and timeliness. * Key Metric Reporting: monitor and communicate key performance indicators to business leaders and our board of directors. Provide insights and recommendations to improve growth performance while identifying risks & opportunities. * Strategic Partnership: act as a strategic advisor to the go-to-market organization by providing data-driven analysis and action plans. * Project Management: take a proactive approach to enhance processes across FP&A, accounting, revenue operations, and business operations. What you bring * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar quantitative discipline; MBA or CPA strongly preferred. * 8+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Accounting, FP&A or Corporate Finance at a high growth technology and/or VC-backed company, including at least 3 years in a people management role. * Extensive financial modeling experience, with proven capabilities in developing and maintaining complex models, and a track record of driving process improvements. * High proficiency in financial systems (ERP and planning/reporting tools), Excel, and AI-enabled analytics platforms. * Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Tableau, and other AI tools are a plus. * Exhibit a strong work ethic with a high sense of urgency and ability to deliver results within tight deadlines. * Display a high level of curiosity and desire to understand the business at a deep level. * Strong quantitative skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations. * Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Commitment to ethical leadership, continuous improvement, and organizational impact. * Track record of recruiting, mentoring, and developing financial analysts.
