I stay accountable after launch by using data and customer feedback to improve the solution. What is your process for designing in an ambiguous, fast-moving AI product area? I frame the uncertainty explicitly by identifying assumptions, risks, user needs, and technical constraints. I then prioritize the highest-risk questions for rapid prototypes or research, establish a clear direction for the team, and iterate as evidence changes. This maintains momentum without pretending that early assumptions are final. How would you assess whether an AI product experience is trustworthy? I would assess whether users understand what the system is doing, what information it uses, where its limits are, and how they can review or correct outputs. Trust should be measured through behavior as well as perception, including adoption, correction rates, successful completion, and qualitative confidence feedback. For enterprise workflows, I would also account for governance, consistency, and compliance expectations. Opportunity details ## About this role. Sessions are the experiences where employees learn through conversation, companies lrun a survey at scale, and AI becomes a direct participant in how work gets done – not just a tool behind the scenes. This area is central to redefining what a video platform can be: moving upstream from content creation into workforce development, and making complex AI capabilities feel natural, trustworthy, and effective for everyday users. You’ll operate as a senior IC: setting direction, influencing roadmap decisions, shaping bets with Product and Engineering leaders, and raising the craft bar.
