I report results by category and initiative while confirming that technical specifications, delivery needs, and service levels remain intact. Tell us how you resolve a conflict between Engineering’s preferred supplier and Finance’s cost objective. I align stakeholders around objective decision criteria, including total cost of ownership, technical fit, availability, risk, and implementation impact. If the preferred supplier remains the best overall option, I use the analysis to support the decision; otherwise, I facilitate a structured evaluation of alternatives and negotiate the strongest achievable commercial terms. You will own end-to-end procurement cycles, negotiate complex agreements, and build scalable processes that support aggressive infrastructure deployment timelines.
