How do you communicate complex technical trade-offs to executive stakeholders? I frame the discussion around the decision required, customer and business impact, options, risks, cost, and recommended path. I avoid unnecessary implementation detail, use clear evidence and visuals where helpful, and ensure executives understand the consequences of both acting and delaying.
