I would prioritize the highest-impact learner tasks, create reusable templates, and keep a visible tracker for dependencies and feedback. After launch, I would monitor support trends and learning performance to identify needed updates. What is your approach to using AI tools in instructional-design work? I use AI to accelerate early-stage tasks such as outlining, storyboarding, summarizing research, and generating draft variants. However, I validate all output against product documentation, instructional-design principles, accessibility requirements, and the intended customer context. AI supports my judgment rather than replacing ownership of the final content. How would you use analytics and customer feedback to improve a learning path? I would review completion behavior, search terms, support-ticket themes, feedback comments, and drop-off points to find friction or content gaps. I would combine that evidence with qualitative input from support and product teams, then prioritize improvements based on customer impact. After publishing changes, I would measure whether engagement, task completion, or related support demand improves.
