I involve engineering early, use prototypes to test both interaction quality and technical feasibility, and treat implementation details as part of the design process. I define reusable patterns, performance expectations, accessibility requirements, and responsive behavior rather than providing only static screens. When trade-offs are necessary, I protect the parts of the experience that most affect user comprehension, confidence, and task completion. What is your approach to creating a visual language for a technical product portfolio? I start by clarifying the portfolio’s audience, product principles, and brand characteristics, then audit existing patterns for inconsistency and usability gaps. I establish a system of typography, color, motion, components, and interaction principles that works across products while allowing purposeful variation. Adoption succeeds when the system is documented, accessible, technically implementable, and supported through close partnership with engineering. How would you use generative AI or agentic tools responsibly in a design workflow? I would use AI to accelerate exploration, synthesis, content variations, and prototype ideation, while maintaining human accountability for problem framing, research interpretation, accessibility, and final decisions. I would evaluate outputs for bias, correctness, privacy, and whether they genuinely improve the user experience. For AI-enabled product experiences, I would make system behavior clear, provide user control, and design graceful recovery paths when automation is uncertain. Opportunity details ## About this role.
