I create a standardized handoff containing confirmed requirements, solution diagrams, integration decisions, workflow configurations, dependencies, data assumptions, risks, stakeholders, and implementation phases. I review this package with the onboarding team and remain available for targeted escalation support so the customer does not need to repeat discovery. How would you communicate technical integration constraints to a CFO or procurement executive? I would avoid unnecessary technical detail and explain the operational impact, risk, options, timeline, and decision required. For example, I would frame an API limitation in terms of data freshness, control implications, implementation effort, and the recommended path to preserve business outcomes. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. ### About the Role Ramp is looking for an experienced Solutions Architect, Procurement (Pre-Sales, Enterprise) to serve as the technical and functional expert for Procurement and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) within our Solutions organization. This role is designed for someone who brings deep procurement domain expertise, technical implementation knowledge, and architect-level solution design skills to accelerate Ramp’s most complex, high-value enterprise evaluations. You will support enterprise Account Executives and Solutions Consultants in running sophisticated procurement cycles end-to-end — leading deep discovery, validating technical requirements, designing future-state workflows, and creating pre-sale implementation plans that ensure a seamless handoff to onboarding. You will act as Ramp’s primary procurement SME in the sales cycle and will partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Post-Sales Solutions to influence roadmap and shape how Ramp’s procurement offering evolves.
