I establish a shared operating cadence with agreed target accounts, pipeline goals, campaign priorities, follow-up ownership, and reporting definitions. Regular feedback from sales helps refine messaging and programs, while transparent performance reviews keep both teams accountable for outcomes. How would you localize a global campaign for a Spanish enterprise audience? I would validate the audience’s pain points, language, competitive context, and buying process with local sales, customers, and market research. Beyond translation, I would adapt proof points, content formats, speakers, event tactics, and calls to action while preserving the core global brand and product narrative. About the role: We’re looking for a highly strategic and execution-oriented EMEA Marketing Manager to build and scale our regional marketing function, with a strong focus on Spain. Reporting to the VP International Marketing, this individual will be our first dedicated marketing hire in EMEA and will play a critical role in driving pipeline, accelerating deals, and building brand presence across the region — while aligning tightly with Cresta’s global marketing strategy and campaigns. International expansion is a top priority for Cresta: after launching GTM hubs in EMEA and APAC last year, we launched in Spain this year. You’ll partner closely with our regional sales leadership in Spain and gain broad exposure well beyond a single market. Location: London, Remote or based in Spain.
