I use these factors to select compatible devices and create a solution that is reliable, scalable, and straightforward for installers to support. How do you ensure sales colleagues can accurately communicate technical product value without overpromising? I provide sales teams with clear use cases, approved positioning, practical limitation notes, and concise comparison materials. I also run joint discovery sessions and remain available for complex opportunities, so technical claims are validated before they are shared with customers or partners. Give an example of how you would turn feedback from installers or distributors into useful product input. I would document the feedback with the installation context, affected configuration, expected behavior, business impact, and reproducible evidence such as logs or photos. After validating the issue or opportunity, I would share a structured report with product and engineering stakeholders, communicate status to the partner, and update training or documentation if an immediate workaround is available.
