I start with a specific hypothesis, such as improving landing-page relevance or simplifying a registration flow. I define the primary success metric, ensure the test has sufficient traffic and clean attribution, analyze results by affiliate or traffic segment, and roll out statistically credible winning changes while monitoring downstream quality. How would you build trust with a newly recruited affiliate partner? I would provide a structured onboarding process with clear terms, tracking guidance, approved creative assets, compliance expectations, and direct points of contact. I would establish regular performance communication, share actionable insights, resolve issues quickly, and make sure incentives are aligned with long-term traffic quality rather than short-term volume alone.
