How have you enabled sales and post-sales teams to use value messaging consistently? I would create reusable playbooks, discovery questions, value calculators, and role-specific training that make the methodology easy to apply. I would also gather field feedback, review deal usage, and iterate on assets so they remain practical for customer conversations. How would you collaborate with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers during a strategic opportunity? I would align early on the customer’s objectives, stakeholders, technical priorities, and deal strategy. The Account Executive would guide commercial engagement, the Solutions Engineer would validate technical capabilities, and I would translate the combined evidence into a quantified business case and executive value narrative. As a member of the business value engineering team, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the direction of this high-impact function.
