Aescape is looking for a Procurement Specialist who can own procurement activities across 2 programs, 12 product lines and 400+ components, managing relationships with over 30 global suppliers and Tier-1 manufacturing partners. Your responsibilities will span supplier sourcing and onboarding, PO management, maintaining supplier relationships, resolving delivery and shortage issues, and owning clear-to-build readiness for new product introductions. You’ll help drive KPIs related to vendor negotiations, cost reductions and inventory management, with an opportunity to grow into demand planning as the role develops. You will also help support strategic initiatives around Aescape’s supply chain and manufacturing footprint. This is a hands-on position that requires a strong analytical and practical background working with mechatronic systems. We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a technical understanding of the components you will be tasked with sourcing (machined parts, injection molding, PCBAs, linear motion systems, and more). The successful candidate must be process oriented, data-driven, and have prior experience working in a production setting.
