I would review active developers, production workloads, feature adoption, performance and reliability indicators, support themes, integration milestones, and roadmap dependencies. I would pair quantitative data with customer feedback to distinguish usage from real value. The review would conclude with agreed actions, owners, and target dates. How would you operate effectively in a role with little existing process? I would establish lightweight mechanisms that create clarity without slowing execution, including account plans, stakeholder maps, outcome metrics, and a regular cross-functional cadence. I would test the process with an initial set of accounts, gather feedback, and standardize only what demonstrably improves outcomes. This preserves speed while making successful practices scalable. We’re looking for someone with a background as a Strategic Solutions Architect or Engineer. You’re a technical subject-matter expert who can build relationships with Product and Engineering stakeholders and navigate a large AI lab. You’ll lead relationships with top AI labs and serve as Supabase’s quarterback, driving the following engagement model: * Account Mapping and Relationship Building – Identify the key relationships Supabase needs to build across Product, Engineering, and Developer Relations teams at AI labs. * Lunch and Learns/Tech Talks/Technical Enablement – Lead onsite tech talks, lunch and learns, and technical enablement sessions to educate AI labs about Supabase and its roadmap. * Co-build (product integration): Build integrations and joint solutions in collaboration with Supabase’s Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) organization. * Developer Relations (DevRel): Work with AI labs to create content—including blogs, docs, videos, and live streams—and run in-person community events and hackathons. * Quarterly Technical Reviews: Lead quarterly reviews with each lab to discuss highlights, adoption metrics, what’s working and what isn’t, key product initiatives, and alignment with technical resources.
