I have worked with campaign tracking setups by validating tag placement, checking event firing, confirming URL parameters, and coordinating with technical or analytics stakeholders when issues arise. My approach is to isolate whether the issue is implementation, platform configuration, attribution, or data latency, then test the fix before confirming resolution. I also explain technical findings in plain language so clients understand both the issue and its impact. How do you identify an account-expansion opportunity without compromising the client relationship? I look for expansion opportunities that are supported by performance data and directly address a client objective, such as reaching a new audience, adding a channel, or scaling a successful tactic. I present the opportunity as a strategic recommendation with expected value, assumptions, and measurement criteria rather than as a generic upsell. This keeps the conversation focused on client outcomes and strengthens trust. How would you manage competing priorities across several client accounts? I prioritize work based on campaign risk, client impact, deadlines, revenue importance, and the urgency of technical issues. I use a consistent workflow for monitoring performance, scheduling proactive optimizations, and preparing client updates, while reserving capacity for escalations. If priorities conflict, I communicate trade-offs early and align with internal partners on the highest-impact next steps. Opportunity details ## About this role. Reporting to the Director, Client Services, you’ll play an integral role in post-sales client relationships as it relates to user adoption of the StackAdapt platform, campaign management, client retention and account expansion opportunities. You’ll work closely with your Account Executives, Client Service support teams, and cross functional teams to maximize the campaign ROI of our customers. Additionally, this role will allow you to use your RTB/Programmatic media buying experience to optimize campaigns and come up with unique solutions that ensure our clients are satisfied with their campaign performance. StackAdapt is a Remote First company although we are requiring candidates be located in Toronto. ### What you’ll be doing: * Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients across a wide range of verticals * Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform * Ensure client campaigns are successful by providing regular reporting on their campaign goals, providing strategic solutions and optimizations to meet identified KPIs * Set up/traffic advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including third party tag implementation and pixel creation/troubleshooting * Participate in the identification of upselling opportunities and improve services such as the development of tools, procedures and reports aimed to increase efficiency * Optimize campaigns and recommend new opportunities by analyzing campaign performance on a regular basis * In-person and virtual meetings, presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews and training/education * Provide Strategic Thought Leadership, acting as a strategic advisor to your clients * Travel up to 20% of time ### What you’ll bring to the table: * 3+ years of experience in Real Time Bidding/programmatic expertise (DSP, Ad Network) * Experience running Google Ad Words, Facebook Ads or executed through a DSP as a self-serve user * Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering service excellence * Focus on retaining accounts and growing revenue * The ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge * Familiarity with the latest digital advertising trends and ideas * Experience working with complex databases is a plus The compensation range listed for this role reflects the expected base salary for candidates located in the posting country based on a global rate. It is informed by market data and the approved budget for this position. StackAdapt maintains different compensation ranges for roles across other countries and regions, and final offers will be aligned to the candidate’s current location. Depending on the role, candidates may also be eligible for additional compensation such as annual bonuses, commissions, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits package.
