Responsibilities * Provide operational support for compliance and legal projects, including document preparation, deadline tracking, and maintaining organized records. * Assist in preparing project materials such as kick-off decks, status updates, and meeting minutes to ensure smooth workflow. * Support the deployment of compliance vendor solutions by coordinating logistics, scheduling meetings, and monitoring progress. * Assist with business analysis, process mapping, and workflow improvements under supervision. * Conduct research on AML/CFT and other compliance-related topics as needed. * Help draft basic reports, presentations, and compliance communications. * Maintain compliance systems like Relativity by organizing data, running basic queries, and ensuring data accuracy * Act as a liaison between teams to facilitate timely follow-ups and clear communication. * Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and data entry to support the compliance and legal teams. Requirements * Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in any major, with a strong academic background.
