By partnering closely with the sales team, you will lead technical discovery, build compelling proofs-of-concept, and demonstrate how Twilio can transform a company’s customer engagement strategy. Responsibilities In this role, you’ll: * Partner with enterprise sales executives to lead technical discovery sessions, understanding complex business requirements and translating them into comprehensive Twilio solutions. * Design and architect scalable, secure, and resilient communication workflows using Twilio’s suite of APIs (SMS, Voice, Video, Flex, etc.) tailored to client-specific use cases. * Develop and deliver compelling technical demonstrations, custom prototypes, and proofs-of-concept (POCs) that clearly articulate the business value of the Twilio platform. * Mitigate technical risks and overcome objections during the sales cycle by providing authoritative guidance on security, compliance, integration patterns, and architectural best practices. * Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay critical market feedback, feature requests, and emerging trends from the field to influence the Twilio roadmap.
