I review message logs and acknowledgements, reproduce the failure with the relevant payload where possible, communicate impact and next steps to stakeholders, and implement a tested corrective action with monitoring to prevent recurrence. How do you stay effective when managing several customer integration projects at once? I maintain transparent priorities based on delivery risk, dependencies, and customer commitments. I use clear milestones, action owners, and regular status communication, while escalating blockers early and reserving focused time for complex technical analysis.
