How would you drive adoption of common frontend standards across several engineering teams? I would first align teams on the problems the standards solve, such as inconsistent accessibility, duplicated components, slow delivery, or reliability issues. I would provide practical reference implementations, shared libraries, documentation, migration paths, and automated linting or CI checks. Adoption works best when teams can contribute to the standards and when the improvements clearly reduce friction in their daily work. Tell us about your approach to mentoring senior frontend engineers while maintaining delivery velocity. I use architecture reviews, pair programming, written design feedback, and ownership of progressively larger technical initiatives. I focus on helping engineers explain trade-offs, define success metrics, and communicate decisions clearly across functions. As a leading technical voice within the Fulfillment and Pharmacy Engineering Front End team, you will collaborate with other engineers, product managers, designers, and Engineering leaders to deliver solutions for our Fulfillment and Pharmacy Operations teams.
